Redwood new receipt page jumps to the bottom of the page

Redwood My Receipts> New Receipt page in some instances jumps to the bottom of the page.

We are now using Redwood My receipts.

In some cases the My Receipts page when the user creates the New Receipt the page opens and it auto scrolls(jumps) to the bottom of he page. The user has to try several times to get it to go back to the top so they can continue their work.

Has anyone experienced this as well. Any fixes?
