RSSP Requisitions in Card View are generating additional decimal places

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

When a Req is created in Card view, and the user enters the Card to amend the Quantity, the value is changing to add 10 decimal places. This is a random bug, not all values are affected eg 4127.14 has additional decimal but 4127.15, 4127.16 and 4127.17 do not. Table View and Card View without entering the Card do not behave this way.
