Multiple Resume Attachments

When viewing the candidate profile (not job application) we are seeing multiple attachments coded as "Resume". I understand candidates can apply to different requisitions using a different resume, but I was under the impression the resume int he candidate profile would just change. It became an issue when recruiters were viewing/previewing the resume from the candidate list, and the most recent one was not displaying. Is this normal? Did something change?
