How to trigger the Self reported life event alerts notification for Benefits Admin
We have enabled the Approvals for the Self reported life event and the Alert requirement is set to 'Yes' in the life event tab. However, the benefits administrator is not receiving any notifications on the approvals.
How the email/in app notifications can be triggered when an employee requests for a life event approval.
