Comp ratio is not calculated for all the Employees post conversion

Hi Experts,

Comp ratio is not calculated for all the Employees. Under salary Info, Grade Name is also showing blank.

Actually We are implementing the Positions. Those Positions are attached with valid grade.

After running the Position synchronization process, we can see the Grade Info on Assignment.

Those grades as minimum, mid-point and max values and attached to correct salary basis too.

Salary information also converted/loaded. We haven't run any process specifically to calculate the comp ratio. We observed for few employees comp ratio got calculated and many of them comp ratio is empty.

What could be the reason for comp ratio not calculated for all the employees? Should we run any sync processes or any other refresh process to get it calculated for all the employees?
