Getting error while loading HSDL File for Import Composite.

Summary:

Hello experts,

We were trying to load composites based on location using HSDL but getting the below mentioned error.
No changes were made. Upload won't be initiated (HRC-1035535)
We are loading a new row only with correct data but still encountring the same error.

Please let me know if someone faced the similar issue and know how to resolve it.
