Issue with Approval Hierarchy Sync Job After Enabling EOBP

Hello Experts,

We recently enabled EOBP after following the admin guide and completing all the required pre-requisites. The enablement process was successful.

As part of the post-EOBP enablement steps, we ran the Approval Hierarchy Sync job. However, the job has been in a processing state for an extended period and has not completed.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, could you please share the solution or any troubleshooting steps?
