Manager Update not reflecting for inactive resource via data import

Hi Team,

I'm trying to replace the existing manager with another manager for an Inactive resource in Oracle sales cloud.

I used data import, and the import completed successfully. However, the manager value is not getting updated in the resource record.

What is the recommended method to update the manager for the Inactive users.

Any suggestions or guidance will be appreciated.
