How to create dependent value set on dependent value set for Category KFF in oracle fusion

Summary:

We have requirement where asset will have 3 categories (Major, Minor, Sub Minor).. Minor will be depends on Major and Sub minor will be depends on Minor.. We have created Major as Independent value set and Minor as Dependent but when trying to create another Dependent for sub minor then it is not allowed to link with Minor. Even though we have tried to create table based value set based on Lookup value set but system gives an error for length of characters limit for column.

Is there any way to achieve this requirement
