Facing issue while creating SR by ODA Helpdesk

Summary:

We are using ODA in the chatbot to create a Service Request (SR) for unresolved intents. For example, if the user says: “I want to order pizza”, the bot responds:
"Sorry, I don't have an answer for that right now. Would you like to open an HR Help Desk service request for this query: ‘I want to order pizza’?"

When we click Yes button, it displays some text along with a Create Request button. However, after clicking Create Request, it shows the error message:
"Oops! I'm encountering a spot of trouble. Please try again later..."
instead of successfully creating the SR.
