Files taking longer to run after upgrade

Summary:

After upgrading to 25C.1.1 our hire export file is taking much longer to run. It is scheduled to run twice an hour and with no candidates on the file it completes within a minute, with just one hire on it the file now takes 10 minutes to run. Before the upgrade we could have 30 people on the file and it still only took one - two minutes to complete. This is happening in our staging and production zones. Has anyone else had this issue after the upgrade for export files taking longer to run?
