Unable to Withdraw/Edit Agreement name in Shared Parental Leave Absence Record

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

For Shared Parental Leave you need to add an 'Entitlement Agreements', this has been added but is incorrect and we need to withdraw it, to re-enter with the correct details. The Action button the right, when you click it to withdraw, the withdraw is greyed out and we are not able to click it.
