NR chart report-Lower values showing upside than higher. How to correct this weird behaviour?

Summary:

Narrative Reporting chart report- Am using a combination chart with 8 data sets 6 of them on primary Y axis, and 2 data sets on secondary Y axis. But the these secondary Y axis lines are behaving weird showing lower values on top and higher below. How to correct this?

In screen shot provided below, the value 6777K of Blue line is showing up correctly at in mid of 6000 and 8000 on secondary Y axis, but value 5780 of brown line is showing at in between 12000 and 14000. Any help to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated, thank you
