Changes to expense approval template does not reflect after 24hours

Hi all,

We have a requirement to modify expense approval template to add the account number to show up on the email notifications. To achieve this, I have modified the 'Expense Notification Subtemplate' and included the account number under expense items. It's been more than 24hrs since the new template is uploaded but the changes are not reflected in the email notifications. When I check in-app notifications through BPM worklist, I can see the account numbers and it's using the custom template. Is there any additional step that I'm missing?
