Can we link to any Redwood page?

I know there is a seeded list of deep-links, however I noticed that almost all redwood pages seem to have simple URLs. For example there is no deep link to Import and Load data, but the Redwood URL is

<pod>oraclecloud.com/fscmUI/redwood/dataLoader-common/import-and-load/import-and-load-data

If I navigate directly to this URL I am prompted for my SSO credentials, then the Import and Load data page loads up and appears fully functional.

Will this just stop working someday, or can I direct users to this specific link for this specific functionality?
