HR Help Desk - Case Management : Primary contact on case management not working

Summary:

We are working on enabling case management (redwood page along with HR Help Desk). We are not able to understand the below

  1. primary contact in case management : the field does not display any of the current employees in the drop down like how we see in the service request module
  2. primary household : what is the intent of this field?
  3. the assigned to field has agents listed but it is getting pulled from the classic HR service request module queues. Once we decommission the classic UI, how the 'assigned to' field on case management UI will pull the data?
