Modify the Job Application Print PDF - Work Experience

Summary:

I have a requirement to update the current seeded Job Application PDF that is produced as part of the 'Save Application as PDF' feature in ORC. The end customer wants to ensure the Responsibilities field from Work History shows on the PDF. I can see the seeded RTF report and Data Model in OTBI. However, with the way the Data Model XML appears, I don't see a way to specifically add that field.

Can anyone provide step-by-step instructions on how to do so?
