POV or Prompt for a Single Fiscal Year That Works for Two Different Dimensions

Summary:

I am working on a report in narrative reporting that pulls data from our ERP GL and EPM Planning applications. The ERP GL has an Accounting Period dimension while EPM Planning has a fiscal year and period dimension. These dimensions are structured differently (see screenshots). I want the user to be able to select the fiscal year once (via the POV or a prompt) that will work for the ERP GL data and the EPM Planning applications. Is there any way to have the user select the fiscal year in one of these dimensions have the other grid match on
