Can we change the file name of the attachment to dunning emails?

Summary:

Now the dunning emails are delivered with attachments containing file name like 'Output_99999.pdf' where '99999' is a sequential number (not sure where it is coming from). Is it possible to reconfigure the file name to read a different text?
