Talent profile not created for terminated employees

Summary:

Hello Team,

I need to upload education for terminated employees, but I noticed that terminated employees are not shown on My client group > Profile > Talent Profile, even enable flag include terminated employee = Yes. They only show if i accessed the employee talent profile from My Client Group > person management, then they display normally !!

Is there any step that can be done instead of accessing every single terminated employee?
