We are encountering an issue with approval notifications in the Payroll Process Flow. When a payroll transaction is submitted for approval, the notification is generated and visible in the notification bell. However, the notification content/body appears as blank.

Only the Approve and Reject action buttons are displayed, but no details or message content related to the transaction are visible.
