run-time conversion of currency rates in ICP

In ICP, we wanted to update Amount (In QAR) field in real time based on the Fee Amount entered by user and the conversion Rate. is it possible to fetch using fast formula on real-time without submitting or saving the request. it should occur on real-time/instantly once the user tabs out of the field. I raised the SR, they asked me to add a query here. Appreciate your inputs. thanks.
