Company code under Additional Employee Info in ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2 not appearing

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

We are in process of implementing “ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2” and we are facing 2-major issues.

Issue#1 : As per client requirement we have to send 3-digit ADP company code for each employee. Though we setup this in employee level but company code field is not appearing in output file.

We setup 'Payload Rules' (for US LDG) under Data Exchange > HCM Extract > Payload Rules.

In Setup page there are two different places for company code in Payload Rules.

  1. Under 'Key Attribute' [ Change Effective on, Payrol name, file name, Company Code, Position Id] - This one is seeded and auto selected
