Count Sequences to Approve Not Showing Data

Summary:

We have recently started using Redwood in the Cycle Counts area and are having issues with data displaying. There are multiple counts with pending approvals however they are not appearing.

Whenever going into the Inventory Management Module > Cycle Count Approvals > Select Org > No data is displayed.

If you remove the filter and select the counts itself, then the count sequences shows as pending approval.

Is there a way to make these count sequences show when you first select the Org? This is occurring in our DEV environments as well as Production. All Oracle suggested roles and accesses are being used.
