Tables for Helpdesk Service Request to capture Journey assigned

Hi All,

We recently implemented Journey's integration with Next gen helpdesk in which agents can assign journeys to end users. We have used Journeys to send a helpdesk survey questionnaire to employees, and we want to capture the responses generated in Journey in report along with Service Request number.

We are able to report the Journeys' questionnaire responses using Journey tables; however, we are unable to find the tables for Help desk module.

Can you please assist in which tables the helpdesk details are stored and how can we achieve this requirement. Is it possible to join the tables of Journeys and Helpdesk module to create a single report as below and capture all details which will help understand admins that for HRHDXXX
