wanted to know the limit for the file upload in adding supporting document field

I am trying to find the size-limit for adding supporting document in the Subscription Header. If I try to add a single file sized more than 100 MB the environment freezes up. The same happens if I try to add multiple files with the total being 100MB. This happens even though the document says the limit is 2 GB.
