Not able to create Freeform content types/sections in Job Profiles

Summary:

How can I add fields/content sections to job profiles in profile management?

We have ask from the client to add 3 fields to the Job Profiles:

  • Functional Area (LOV)
  • Decision Making (LOV)
  • Leadership (LOV)


I'm having trouble creating this content sections. I tried to follow this guide:

Create Custom Content Types and Content Items But I'm not able to access the task Manage Profile Content Types. I was thinking maybe it was something with my roles and priv but I also tried in a LAB from Oracle My Learn and could still not find the task.

I also tried to access from here but I cannot create or edit:
