Redwood-Rehire an employee- Submit error message - Couldn't submit the Create Work Relationship process.

My Client Group - When we are rehiring the terminating employee through hire pages like hire an employee, add a contingent worker etc and then moving to create work relationship page for rehire the employee - While submitting the transaction after filling all section details. it's thrown an error -
