Are there plans to expand the "About Your Gig" field character count?

Summary:

We have roles that work as Gigs; however, we use an actual job description so applicants can see all of the requirements & description for the Gig and 2,000 characters isn't enough. Are there plans to expand the character count? 4,000 would be ideal, thanks! Also, could you add tags for Gigs or Opportunity Marketplace? Thanks!
