absence conversion formula not working when absence added in advance mode

Summary:

When absence is added in basic mode for single day , the duration is showing as 8 hours which is expected as per logic in Conversion formula, but when same absence added in advance mode its showing 8.5 hours which is as per schedule not as per conversion formula
