I would like to ask whether a campaign mapping is available in Insight in the following scenario

I would like to ask whether a campaign mapping is available in Insight in the following scenario:

An email within a campaign contains a link to a landing page, and that landing page includes a blind form submission link. In this case, would Insight be able to map the activity back to the originating campaign?

Additionally, would the form submission be mapped to the landing page itself?
