IDR doesn't support encryption Why encryption is happening for only few mails

Emails being sent to AccountsPayable@idr .mtb.com (IDR auto forwarding box) have been encrypted as documents are being classified as Proprietary, Private or Restricted. As a result, invoices are not making it into the Oracle system. This is only in select scenarios, otherwise working as expected.
