Seniority date didn't create on an employee's latest rehired record

Hello Expertise,

We Configured “Benefits seniority Date” rule for “Enterprise” attribute at “person” level and we set as “non-cumulative”.

And we ran 'Calculate Seniority Dates' process. After the process successful, seniority dates created for Benefits seniority Date rule to all the employees. As per the expectation seniority date records created for each hire date as we set in the rule as 'Non-Cumulative'.

Once I ran the seniority date report extract, I noticed for 5 employees on their latest rehired record Benefits seniority Date rule does not exist.

Please refer below is an example impacted employee details.
