Enable invoice line distribution set for Freight type

Our client wants to use Distributions Sets for Freight type lines in the Payables Create Invoice screen Lines section. It allows us to use Distribution Sets for Item types, and it allows us to use Distribution Combination for Freight type too, but it's not allowing us to use Distributions Sets for Freight type lines.
Is there any way to enable Distribution Set field for Freight type lines?
