What does this error code mean when updating standard operation attributes?

We are getting this error when trying to update a resource on the standard operation (that was already existing) to not be scheduled. We have also faced this error when making other changes to the resources in a standard operation that already exists. We are able to make the same change when doing through the spreadsheet without an error.
