Adding Legal Entity on the sales order through UI

Hello Community,

We currently have a Business Unit associated with multiple Legal Entities. At present, when a sales order is processed for billing, the system defaults to one Legal Entity. However, our business requirement is to have the flexibility to select the appropriate Legal Entity during the sales order entry process.

While we are aware that it’s possible to add a Legal Entity using FBDI, we would prefer an option that allows us to select or assign the Legal Entity directly through the UI at the time of order entry.

Could you please advise if there is a way to achieve this, or suggest any configuration or solution that supports this requirement?
