Is there any reason I cannot delete an obsolete Maryland State Tax Withholding card?

Summary: EE used to live in MD and work in VA, so they had a calc card for both states. Now she lives and works in VA. I would like to delete the MD card completely (as opposed to claiming EXEMPT), so they don't pop up at the end of each year when we contact people who claim EXEMPT from withholding and ask for new forms. Is there any harm in deleting?
