In RSSP cart requisition summary is it possible to display header DFF directly ?

Summary:

Our procurement would like to be able to display the requisition Header DFF in the Cart "Requisition summary" , without having to click on the "More Information" text to show the extra information.

Is this possible please ? Maybe with VBS?
