[RESOLVED] I can't reset my password for my free tier account.

I can't reset my password. I've tried through the web chat, on the login page, etc and nothing works, I never receive a link. I have a free tier account.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I was on a SSH session on my server and I was suddenly kicked out. When I tried to login into the cloud account, I tried to reset my password as the saved one didn't work. It's been more than an hour and I haven't receive the link. I tried on the website, through the chat support, etc. and nothing works.
