Job Requisition last approver out of hierarchy

Hello Experts,

I have a question regarding the approval rule for job requisitions. The situation is as follows:

We have a hiring team composed of a Hiring Manager and an HRBP.
In the approval process, the hierarchical line that must be followed is the Hiring Manager’s. We do not have a standard number of approval levels — for some it may be 2, for others 3, for others 5, and so on.
In any case, at the top of the hierarchy there are two people who are not employees within HCM because they are members of the company’s Board of Directors.

Since they are not employees, they also do not have access to Oracle HCM, therefore it would be impossible for them to provide the final approval.
