Summary: We are currently reviewing the recent Oracle patch updates in PROD and have encountered an issue that warrants clarification to ensure smooth implementation for our clients.

Specifically, we observed a structural change to the EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table, including the addition of a new column (ITEM_CLASS_CODE) at the end of the table. This modification has not been documented in the Oracle Release Readiness Documents, nor have we received proactive communication regarding it. Given that EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B is a critical table utilized extensively across Oracle customer environments, such updates can significantly impact custom integrations, as evidenced by failures in our own systems post-patch application.
