Availability of Rest API to create procurement mapping sets and procurement catalog hierarchy

We have a requirement and would need confirmation on whether any REST APIs are available to create or update data for the following:

Procurement catalog hierarchies 

(Navigation: Procurement > Catalogs > Tasks > Manage Catalog Category Hierarchy)

Procurement mapping sets 

(Navigation: Setup and Maintenance > Procurement > Procurement Transaction Account Rules > Manage Mapping Sets)

I have reviewed the Oracle documentation (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/procurement/25d/fapra/index.html) but couldn’t find any REST APIs that support create or update operations for these areas. Could you please verify and update us?
