config Intercompany process through spreadsheet/ rapid implementation

Summary:

We have around 700+ intercompany orgs which needs to be configured and each of them are enabled for Invoicing.

that makes 700+ IC org setup, customer & supplier association.

is there any spreadsheet template/Rapid implementation template or any easier approach other than manual available to execute above task in quick manner.
