Old Grade is deleted for an employee in person management after transfer process in Redwood
Summary:
In Redwood, after the manager completes the transfer process for an employees by changing their position, the Grade when checked in the My Client Groups > Person management > view History is deleted or not displayed at all.
We observe this post 25D. Has anyone else come across the same or similar issue?
Is this a bug ?
We understand that Verifying data in Person management is not ideal post Redwood Transactions but as the Person management is still available for the HR Specialists, we expect the data to be updated correctly.
