SSH issues and the instance is stuck in "Stopping"

Summary:

I can't SSH into my OCI. I'm using the original key that was working a few days ago, but now I get the connection refused error. I tried to reboot the instance a couple of times to see if it could solve the issue, but after almost 24h, it's stuck in "Stopping".

A few days ago I was in a SSH connection in my instance, and I was kicked out. When I tried to connect again, I got errors with the "connection refused" message. The instance was still running and all the services that I'm running on it were accessible.
