Intelligent Advisor Error Codes - What do they mean? How to Troubleshoot?

Summary:

We are getting a significant number of errors from the Intelligent Advisor Application that was built to guide users while submitting Requisitions. I am not the developer, nor do I have access to the Intelligent Advisor, but I was set up with SQL Dev to monitor and troubleshoot the Errors we are receiving.

I found the Understand Intelligent Advisor Error Codes | Oracle B2C Service page which lists error codes, however, I am not seeing the errors we are getting. Could anyone point me in the right direction on troubleshooting these issues or offer any suggestions on how to get more descriptive error messages?
