"Summarize Award Approval Attachments with Generative AI” is not generating an attachment summary

Hi

We are using the Classic UI. Although the “Summarize Award Approval Attachments with Generative AI” feature is enabled, the attachment summary is not being generated. Additionally, we are not receiving the Redwood-style notification.

Version: 25D

I have enabled the feature:

We are not getting the attachment summary and also in our case we are not getting the Redwood-style notification
