Impact of Payroll moving to OPTE from Vertex on customers not subscribed to payroll but use hcm

We are not using Oracle Payroll and have outbound interfaces from Oracle HCM to third party country specific payroll vendors.

We assign payroll relationship, salary basis for any new hire.

Would like to know if there will be any impact on us when Oracle payroll moves from Vertex to OPTE for tax calculations in April 2026?
