Redwood Request New Position page continuously loading

Hello! We are in the process of testing and implementing Redwood Positions. We have not had any loading issues until we applied the December CWB patch. We have custom roles but I have also tried with the seeded HR Specialist Role and the issue persists. We have cleared cache and tried in incognito mode. Is anyone else having this issue? What could we try to resolve this issue?
