HCM Extract to select and submit delete Candidate HDL for EMEA GDPR

Has anyone successfully created a HCM Extract within Recruiting module which selects and deletes the Candidate data (Candidate.dat HDL file) for the GDPR policy before running the Candidate Data Disposal process?

The UE being used here is IRC_EXTRACTS_CANDIDATE_DETAILS_UE but unable to work and pull in the correct data.
